Healthy Snacks for Work (Daily Recommendations 2)

2. PB & J Oatmeal Cups

Rolled oats are high in fiber and protein--and this little cup is packed with organic rolled oats, along with peanut butter and strawberries. It's quick to make--just add hot water--and satisfying.

3. Chia Pods

The reason why chia seeds are popular as quick healthy snacks is because they pack a LOT of nutrition but have little calories. Also, they're versatile, and can be added to many things. Among chia's nutritional values are fiber, protein, omega-3, calcium, manganese, magnesium and phosphorus. They aid with weight loss, improve heart health, boost bone density, and lower the risk of diabetes.  

The chia pods below are filled with chia seeds' many nutrients. They taste sweet and creamy, with natural vanilla bean and coconut milk. They are definitely awesome healthy snacks for work!


4. Dried Apricots and Blue Cheese Crumbs
